Description:

I'm unable to configure the comic plasma widget.
When pressing the "Add comic" button in the settings dialog nothing happens.

In the past this cause the widget itself to crash as documented here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=372313

The crash was fixed, but the underlying issue seems to be packaging related.
If you look at the last comment in the bug they mention a missing "comic engine"

Steps to reproduce:
- Add widget to desktop
- Click "configure" button
- Click "Add comic"
- Nothing happens
