Description:
If I try to build mate-desktop or libmateweather with mate-common (which has gtk-doc as dependency) as a makedepend then they feel to build because of gtk-doc. THe Additional info: The error that I see is this: https://pastebin.com/TtYGUmZR I've also found a similar issue on MATE's github page: https://github.com/mate-desktop/libmateweather/issues/48 Steps to reproduce: 1. Take mate-desktop's PKGBUILD 2. Add mate-common as makedepend 3. Try to build in a clean chroot |

Additional comments about closing: OP request: A standard mkarchroot or using LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 works around this, so it's not our bug and we won't have this problem anyway.
