DetailsThe package twisted-web is a misnomer. The PKGBUILD actually pulls in twisted-web2 which is still developmental and does not include important features such as xmlrpc. If we really want to include twisted-web2, make another package for it. This will cause no problems since they can be installed in parallel.

Furthermore, the package named "twisted" includes only the twisted core and it misses twisted-web among other things, so there is no package available for installing twisted-web.
The solution would be:
1. rename what's currently called twisted-web to twisted-web2
2. make the twisted package pull Twisted-2.4.0.tar.bz2, instead of TwistedCore-2.4.0.tar.bz2
IMHO, it's not really necessary to separate twisted core from the rest of twisted.
