The package twisted-web is a misnomer. The PKGBUILD actually pulls in twisted-web2 which is still developmental and does not include important features such as xmlrpc. If we really want to include twisted-web2, make another package for it. This will cause no problems since they can be installed in parallel.

Any comments on this? This is very easily resolved.

I can confirm Yi's findings; twisted-web2 should be treated as a separate pacakge from twisted-web. Upgrading to this version broke 'hellanzb' which is a program that depends on twisted-web(1)'s xmlrpc.

I also confirm the problem. The package twisted-web actually pulls twisted-web2.

Furthermore, the package named "twisted" includes only the twisted core and it misses twisted-web among other things, so there is no package available for installing twisted-web.

The solution would be:
1. rename what's currently called twisted-web to twisted-web2
2. make the twisted package pull Twisted-2.4.0.tar.bz2, instead of TwistedCore-2.4.0.tar.bz2

IMHO, it's not really necessary to separate twisted core from the rest of twisted.

This also breaks update to new bittorrent 5.0.0: It required twisted.web, but we only have twisted.web2.

OK. i prefer "make the twisted package pull Twisted-2.4.0.tar.bz2, instead of TwistedCore-2.4.0.tar.bz2" so i dont have to downgrade/rename existing packages.
