I don't think ninja is a runtime dependency but just a build-time dependency, right?

This was already fixed in trunk: https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/commit/?h=packages/android-tools&id=e638aa991b8b60ddfab89a33c0977eaae4fdc6b3

But after that, the existing package in community-testing was moved to community, which still contains the runtime depends=()
