Details

In extra/libreoffice-fresh 5.4.1-1, the main soffice.bin has a hard dependency on version 1.63 of Boost, but Boost has been at 1.64 for some time now.

$ pacman -Qs libreoffice
extra/libreoffice-fresh 5.4.1-1
LibreOffice branch which contains new features and program enhancements

$ pacman -Qs boost
extra/boost 1.64.0-4
Free peer-reviewed portable C++ source libraries - development headers
extra/boost-libs 1.64.0-4
Free peer-reviewed portable C++ source libraries - runtime libraries

$ ldd /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/soffice.bin | grep not
libboost_system.so.1.63.0 => not found

libboost_iostreams.so.1.63.0 => not found

Additional comments about closing:  libreoffice doesn't use system boost. Some outdated or unsupported package on your system is causing this
