This package is built with qmake-qt5 DISABLE_SYS_UPDATE=YES, the purpose of which is I assume to disable the update module. Is this not working properly?

DISABLE_SYS_UPDATE seems to not affect top level navigation in the control-center.
Should of course be fixed upstream but nothing seems to happen there. Issue was reported April 2017...
