Description:
I created a report about this issue on Gnome bugzilla

My bug report is about Antergos but I saw the same bevahior on my friend's computer running pure and updated Arch.

open nautilus, right click on an ISO image, select "open with other application", select "disk image mounter", click "select" button

GNOME upstream blames it on org.freedesktop.UDisks2.policy, which we ship unmodified from what upstream provides. You'll most likely want to get this changed there.
