Steps to reproduce:

Run this sql:
```
create extension if not exists postgis;
```

Looking at output of `ldd /usr/lib/postgresql/rtpostgis-2.3.so` I see:
libmysqlclient.so.18 => not found

This shared object is provided by libmariadbclient.
