when update gdal to 2.2.1-3 (testing) with pacman -Syu (in this try, also update perl and perl modules), new message appears when trigger the perl hook post-installation

Well, the package was rebuilt against the new perl, but it doesn't use the standard vendor_perl installation directory so it never got moved over to the versioned directories.
