Please remove the "keyserver {url}" option from /etc/pacman.d/gnupg/gpg.conf. Latest GnuPG already uses the SKS pool by default, *and* it uses the HTTPS pool (which is available over the 'common' port 443), so it is advantageous in both privacy and connectivity. |
