What does 'ldd /usr/libexec/beep-media-player-2-bin' give on your system? Exit status 127 says something about a missing file, which could either be a missing executable, or one of its libraries.

Also, are you running testing or extra version of bmpx?

Ok, i solved it. (i run bmpx from extra).
'neon' is a depend, not a makedepend. So just install 'neon' to get it working :)
