Description:
Since last update networkmanager-1.8.3dev+18+gf43222d41-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz, GNOME Shell is unable to show WIFI signals strength.

Why moving to a devel version of networkmanager?

Seems related to NetworkManager, see CONNECTIVITY field.

Removing this file fix the issue: /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/20-connectivity.conf
