Description:
Suspend and hibernate result in the system fully shutting down.

Additional info:
Version: 234.11-8
System: Dell XPS 9550 with kernel 4.12.8-2


Steps to reproduce:
Suspending or hibernating using Gnome GUI buttons or "systemctl suspend" / "systemctl hibernate". Logs indicate nothing unusual.
