Details

Although purportedly when the --with-guis flag is not specified all guis should be built, the QT5 GUI is not unless explicitly requested.
Could we add --with-guis="gtk2 qt4 qt5" (wants space separated list) as an argument to configure and qt5-base as make and opt depends.

Alternatively, maybe just make the gtk and Qt5 guis -- is there any especial need to keep around a Qt4 anything, other than peoples' failure to port stuff over to the latest version of Qt? ;)
