The build fails in a clean chroot with:

DOC Rebuilding template files
make[4]: gtkdoc-mktmpl: Command not found

The same seems to be the case for libtasn1 - was 'gtkdoc-mktmpl' in gtk-doc and has been removed there?

From README:
Please don't use template files in new projects. Support for for those will
be removed at some point in the future (together with gtkdoc-mktmpl). Please
also use DoxBook XML instead of DocBook SGML.

So now gtk-doc was ported from perl to python, this was removed.
