Can't we leave the file under /usr/lib/lua/5.3?

Ah, we haven't tried building against lua-5.3 yet. Let me see if that works...

It appears to work. Let's see if I make anybody unhappy by releasing lua-5.3 bindings instead of lua-5.1 ones.
