Description:

The community/pass package currently depends on xclip for its copy-to-clipboard functionality. A CLI password manager probably shouldn't be bringing in mandatory Xorg dependencies; considering that it will only execute xclip if provided with the --clip flag I think it makes sense to downgrade it to an optional dependency instead.


Steps to reproduce:
* Have a headless system
* pacman -S pass
* It wants to bring in 20MB of X dependencies for a 50KB CLI package!

I use Wayland, I don't use xclip
