Description:

higan doesn't work at all, you can't import games or load games.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 103-1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import games with icarus or the higan GUI
2. Go to view the game library you just imported
3. "Error: missing required file:" then on a newline in the dialogue it shows the path: "$HOME/.local/share/higan/Super Famicom.sys/manifest.bml"

Point 3 also happens when just trying to load a ROM file directly.

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  Upstream has no option to load from a system directory, and the package install script told you what you needed to do.

I had to do this before it would work:

cp -r /usr/share/higan/Super\ Famicom.sys ~/.local/share/higan/

It looks like higan is being compiled incorrectly, it should load these files from the system share directory not the user's local share directory (or maybe even search both locations).
