Description:
libsigrok provides a udev rules file which is required to access USB devices like oscilloscopes.
The file is provided upstream at http://sigrok.org/gitweb/?p=libsigrok.git;a=blob;f=contrib/z60_libsigrok.rules;h=5752ba691cbab61f1d47147779a11ef9b09facb6;hb=HEAD and needs to be installed into /etc/udev/rules.d/

Additional info:
- latest package version as of the report: 0.5.0-1


Steps to reproduce:
- Install libsigrok and a sigrok frontend like pulseview
- Launch frontend
- Logs will show libusb access errors

The fix is submitted to repository as r247387. udev file will be available in the next libsigrok package release.
