Why does this indicate that it needs a rebuild? Have you done a rebuild in a clean chroot and it works?
Comment by SanskritFritz (SanskritFritz) - Sunday, 30 July 2017, 06:07 GMT
Yes. Not in a clean chroot though. But a rebuild did help.
Comment by Doug Newgard (Scimmia) - Sunday, 30 July 2017, 06:17 GMT
A rebuild that's not in a clean chroot doesn't tell us anything.

I can change the bug report to: bibletime crashes after start. Better?

Bibletime crash with Qt 5.9: see patch https://github.com/bibletime/bibletime/commit/0538dd78f6240045c60fedc4e8fa842e26943741 (QTBUG-61213)
After rebuild with patch works bibletime again without problems.

I had the same Problem, rebuild did not fix it but the Patch mentioned above did.
As the Patch got into Version 2.11.1 just update to the new Version and
the Problem should be gone.
