Description:

Currently qemu adds[1] kvm system group in /usr/lib/sysusers.d/qemu.conf. Since version 234, systemd also provides that group in /usr/lib/sysusers.d/basic.conf therefore creating conflicts (journalctl log):

systemd-sysusers: Two or more conflicting lines for kvm configured, ignoring.

I think qemu.sysusers[1] file should be dropped from qemu package.

Additional info:

systemd 234.11-1
qemu 2.9.0-2
