Description:
Add network manager to the monthly isos.

Rationale:
This would enable users to have a consistent, and easy-to-use interface (nmtui) which enables connecting to wpa2-enterprise networks. Currently, dialog/wifi-menu only supports wpa2-psk, wep, and open networks. While netctl configurations could be used to connect, this would add additional steps to get a working config before being able to connect.

Furthermore, adding networkmanager only adds about 50MB to the iso images, which still allows the image to fit onto a CD.

Additional info:
* I have created an image with networkmanager on it to test the functionality: http://dl.tyzoid.com/arch/iso/
* It should only require one additional line in the package list, and one additional symlink in airootfs

I never used such complex software, neither netctl. Sure can be added and CD-size does not matter since years.

How about/integrate for PXE?
