Description:

The compiler builtin global `__VERSION__` is incorrect, and reports `75` instead of `2075`. This was https://issues.dlang.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17614 but as the build process is slightly different for the Arch package, a separate fix is required.

The attached trivial patch solves the issue.
