finish installaton but can't run applcation. Click on OBS icon to running application then nothing happen ...

I believe the hardware requirements are quite strict. If you have fairly old hardware it might not run. Check upstream if you meet their requirements and report back here if you do.

I got a crash despite having a Skylake processor. Different from OP in that it successfully creates the OpenGL context.
