DetailsDescription:
I am on ArchLinux with Gnome, and I am french, with a latin9 keyboard set. And the 'Print Screen' key doesn't work. I am trying to choose another keymap like american english, but in the keyboard menu in locale choose, the print screen key doesn't work. The xev command doesn't detect the key. I have another PC with Gnome on ArchLinux, the problem is the same. But in Ubuntu (with Unity) all works correctly, 'prt scr' launch gnome-screenshot. To see when the touch is pressed i do the command : 'sudo showkey --scancodes'. An another thing, I see in YouTube video someone who have the same problem with Budgie Desktop (a desktop from GNOME). Before the key worked correctly, but since few month there is this bug. Additional info: * package : gnome-settings (current version) * config : Gnome DE Steps to reproduce: Press 'Prt Scr' key |
