Description:
The versions of dhclient included in arch does not support doing an IPv6 PD over an ppp connection (ie PPPoE).

This has been fixed in isc-dhclient-4.2.5 in RHEL and Fedora, but persists with 4.3.5 in Arch.

Additional comments about closing:  We're now on dhclient 4.4.3.P1-2 so assuming fixed by now.
