Description:
There is an annoyng bug in CUDA 8 with the latest releases of Boost that make the compilation with NVCC fail ("catastrophically").
The bug report in Boost is here:
https://svn.boost.org/trac10/ticket/13049
This patch fixes it upstream:
https://github.com/boostorg/config/commit/9b8de65f1dae960ecfde689a99c83f39ba60e3f9

I tested this and it works.

It is really a minor change that affects only the nvcc compiler and I think will be merged only in 1.65.

Additional info:
* cuda 8.0.61-2
* boost 1.64.0-4
