Details

Currently, any renegotiation using an OTP will fail due to a management issue interacting with openvpn-nm

Is it possible to include this patch in 2.4.3 until 2.4.4 is released?

I'm also trying to confirm there are no dependent patches that this relies on. You can ping me in #openvpn-devel on Freenode in the meantime.

ordex / dazo there may also be able to give you a certain answer if I don't get back to this report in a decent timeframe.
