this is a problem with kernel-headers of which <linux/limits.h> is part of. may i suggest you do the following and report back?

$ pacman -Rd kernel-headers
$ pacman -S kernel-headers

This is actually the famous bug where pacman loses files when packages get splitup. I guess you did an upgrade from glibc 2.3.x to 2.4 recently?

I update my system in every 2-3 days so maybe.

I tried the kernel-headers reinstall...with no luck.

The config.log file shows some includefiles are missing, these are located in the kernel-headers package. Somehow these are missing and a reinstall of this package should fix that. Other options except copying the files over there yourself aren't possible.
