Description:

This is a copy of  FS#54476  which had been applied for unbound.service. dnsmasq.service needs the same treatment for the DNS Server component.

* package version(s): dnsmasq 2.77-1

As stated in  FS#54476 , the fix requires adding the following 'Before=' and 'Want=' dependency explicitly in dnsmaq.service unit file.
