The PyPI source archive comes with a PGP signature, please use that instead. :)

Attached is a patch that switches to PyPI, adds the .asc and Kovid Goyal's PGP key fingerprint, and updates to 0.3.4 while I am at it.

Err, somehow I failed to notice 0.3.5 was released almost immediately afterward, but never mind that. :D

And really, some checkdepends are missing for full test coverage.
