DetailsNew cabal-install package has dependencies on many haskell-* library packages that seem to have been moved from makedepends to depends. Is there a reason for this? I avoid installing the haskell-* libraries because they interfere with compilation in cabal sandboxes. Looks like this applies to the stack package also.
