Description:
Upgrading duplicity to 0.7.13-1 prevents command from executing due to missing dependencies ('fasteners' and 'monotonic' Python2 packages).

Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:

** Upgrade to 0.7.13-1

> duplicity
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/duplicity", line 42, in <module>
import fasteners
ImportError: No module named fasteners

** Install 'python2-fasteners' from AUR

** Following installation of 'python2-monotonic' from community it seems to work properly.
