Description:

I am proposing to set CONFIG_CGROUP_NET_PRIO flag in the kernel config in order to make module net_prio (or netprio_cgroup) available in the archlinux build kernel packages.

net_prio cgroup subsystem allows to prioritise network traffic among applications using cgroups. see more info: https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/cgroup-v1/net_prio.txt

Somehow this options has been switched from 'm' to 'not set' when switching to 4.1 longterm kernel branch. Same happened with the linux package.
