Description:
konsole freezes after pressing tab. Happens only on i3-wm.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
first seen since upgrade of plasma-workspace from 5.9.5.1-1 to 5.10.0-3

* config and/or log files etc.
I see same output when I run kosole in terminal for both 5.9.5.1-1 and 5.10.0-3.
Let me know where I can find additional logs.

Steps to reproduce:
In i3, open konsole and press tab. the window freezes for ~25 seconds and then resumes.
This happens only on first tab press.
nm-applet also freezes for few seconds.

Downgrading to 5.9.5.1-1 fixes the issue.

As a workaround, install notify-osd
