DetailsDescription:
when i try to init a project using 'yarn or npm' init, it just hang at the version input step, strangly nothing being output. i have to use kill -9 to get out. When rollback my nodejs package from 8.1.0 to 8.0.0, everything works ok. Additional info: * package version(s) nodejs 8.1.0-1 yarn 0.24.6-1 npm 4.6.1-1(being flaged out of date) * config and/or log files etc. no configuration files being changed or add Steps to reproduce: just install these packages, it should be there |

This has been fixed, it'll be released in the next couple of days (most likely Tuesday): https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/13557
