Please apply this patch from Fedora to build wxgtk3 package with webkit2gtk instead of insecure webkitgtk:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/wxGTK3.git/tree/wxGTK3-3.0.3-webkit2.patch

The webkitgtk package is insecure and unmaintained, it should be removed from the official repositories soon:
https://www.archlinux.org/todo/phasing-out-webkitgtk2/

Thanks. Once the packages using webview (boinc, moneymanagerex and maybe some wxpython stuff) are ported to wxgtk3 we can remove webview from wxgtk2, one less package to go.
