Just updated to Perl 5.26.0-1

when try to use Cwd module in Perl. I get a mismatch in versions of Perl and module:

# Test line:
# perl -e 'use Cwd'

# Result:
Cwd.c: loadable library and Perl binaries are mismatched (got handshake key 0xdb80080, needed 0xde00080)

In general the solution to mismatched modules is reinstall/rebuild infringing module but in this case, Cwd Module is installed with perl. So the only solution is to rebuild Perl base code.
This task depends upon

Much more likely you have something overriding Cwd. There's virtually no chance a module in the perl package is built against the old version.

You are right.

strace -e trace=open perl -e 'use Cwd'

And fail is when perl open /usr/share/perl5/site_perl/auto/Cwd/Cwd.so
but the real Cwd is in /usr/share/perl5/core_perl/auto/Cwd/Cwd.so

So I don't know how, Cwd is duplicated in wrong dir.
