Details

opencv-3.2.0-3 is built with HDF5 support, but it is not listed as dependency.

libopencv_hdf.so shipped with the package links to libhdf5.so:
$ ldd /usr/lib/libopencv_hdf.so | grep hdf5
libhdf5.so.100 => /usr/lib/libhdf5.so.100 (0x00007f06f7ba1000)

However, hdf5 does not show up as a dependency with pactree:
$ pactree opencv | grep -c hdf5
0

The .BUILDINFO shows hdf5-1.10.0_patch1-1 was installed when the opencv package was built:
$ tar -xOf /var/cache/pacman/pkg/opencv-3.2.0-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz .BUILDINFO | grep hdf5
installed = hdf5-1.10.0_patch1-1

Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  hdf5 added to deps of frei0r-plugins and gmic

It used to be pulled by ffmpeg but not anymore. Added as a makedepends in 3.2.0-4, the packages that link to libopencv_hdf.so will need to add it as a hard dependency: frei0r-plugins and gmic
