Description:
The pkgrel number has been incorrectly decreased from 0.12-2 to 0.12-1 in the last commit. This makes pacman believe there is a downgrade involved when updating the system.
The pkgrel should be bumped to 0.12-3... although it looks like there is a new upstream version numbered as 0.13 (http://search.cpan.org/dist/MRO-Compat/). Marking it as a bug here, as this is clearly within Arch's limits.
