Description:
Since setuptools 36, 3rd party dependencies are bundled again, so there's no need to put python-packaging and python-appdirs in `depends`.

python-setuptools 1:36.0.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
`sudo pacman -Rdds python-packaging python-appdirs` and check that `python -c "import setuptools"` still runs fine.

Here's a breakage after removing python-packaging: cryptography requires packaging but it's not listed as a dependency of python-cryptography.
