Description:

Calls to gnome-tweak-tool fail when using budgie-desktop. The symptoms to this problem are similar to  FS#42028 , however the cause is slightly different. It appears that this bug was encountered recently by a Ubuntu Budgie user: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntubudgie/+bug/1678420. I have applied the referenced patch and this does indeed resolve the problem.

I have attached the patch as a reference.

Steps to reproduce:
Run gnome-tweak-tool while in budgie-desktop
   launch-in-non-gnome-shell-env... (1.2 KiB)
