Description:

When browsing pages using GNOME/Web and inputting sth in an
input box with GNOME-integrated IBus, whatever the input
source, chances are that the candidate box would be drawn
far from the input box. Sometimes the distance could be so
long that the candidate box didn't even appear on the
screen (in this case I suppose it 'flew' to somewhere far
below the edge of the screen...).

Additional info:

Related packages: ibus-1.5.16-1 ibus-libpinyin-1.8.92-1
ibus-rime-1.2-1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Boot into a getty, log in, then startx (Index of
.xinitrc: exec gnome-session)

2. Run Web application, visit any site

3. Find an input box and input. If the box to be located
at the top of the page, then things appear to be okay.
However, if the box is located somewhere below, the
problem happens.
