Description:
On attempted import of this schematic file here: https://github.com/OpenBCI/V3_Hardware_Design_Files/tree/master/OpenBCI%2032bit%20Designs I get the following error: Invalid borders specified for theme pixmap: /usr/share/themes/Breeze/gtk-2.0/../assets/line-h.png, borders don't fit within the imageinvalid source position for vertical gradient ** Invalid UTF-8 in log message. See stderr or gschem.log. with the "invalid source position for vertical gradient" appearing to recur near ad infinitum. Since I can't open the associated pcb file in the pcb editor ("illegal fileformat"), I'm also submitting a bug report with the authors of pcb file. However the error above seems more consistent with a problem with the app itself given reference to themes. Bug report re the possible files/file-formats: https://github.com/OpenBCI/V3_Hardware_Design_Files/issues/4 Additional info: * latest version Thanks for any recommendations/assistance and please let me know if I can provide any additional info to figure out what's going on. |

Reason for closing: Upstream
Additional comments about closing: It seems the pcb format isn't completely standardized, leading to incompatibilities between different pcb editors.

From the OpenBCI bug report, "it seems that just because these
files share file extensions does not mean there is standardized
formatting." It seems like this is a problem for the various
upstreams (geda-gaf and pcb makers) to work out.
