DetailsDescription:
The certificate for https://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programming/pcre expired as of 8th of April. The package can't be built anymore. Additional info: changing to http fixes the problem. Steps to reproduce: makepkg in it's folder. |

Did you contact upstream to ask them to renew their cert?
