By default udisks enables ACL support if available at compile:

'acl' needs to be added to PKGBUILD's depends= (and perhaps also explicitly pass --enable-acl to ./configure).

Additional comments about closing:  acl is installed on every archlinux system and support for acl is autodetected during compile. Current udisks2 package is linked to libacl.so.1.
