Duplicity 0.7.12 fails to run GPG when use-agent is enabled:

Upstream report and patch available here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/duplicity/+bug/1680682
The patch will be included in 0.7.13, but that hasn't been released yet.
Patching 0.7.12 in the meantime is probably a good idea.

I'm slightly surprised at the Severity -> Low assignment, since without this patch, duplicity is essentially broken with gpg2 (which always uses an agent) :/
