srcpac is still in [extra] despite the fact abs has been pulled from the official repos today. This makes the package not installable by pacman, even if still present in the database: # pacman -Sy srcpac :: Synchronizing package databases... core is up to date extra is up to date community is up to date multilib is up to date resolving dependencies... warning: cannot resolve "abs", a dependency of "srcpac" :: The following package cannot be upgraded due to unresolvable dependencies: srcpac :: Do you want to skip the above package for this upgrade? [y/N] n error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies) :: srcpac: requires abs Steps to reproduce: 1. run as root "pacman -Sy srcpac" 2. pacman complains about an unresolvable dependency for abs and aborts the installation |
