Description:
I've updated my system today (11 May 2017) and that's result I've got: X11 starts properly, apps from ".config/autostart" autostart, but budgie-desktop is not, so I can work with GUI-apps, but I don't see budgie panels.

I've downgraded my system to 2017/05/09 using Arch Linux Archive, and now budgie starts properly. There's a list of packages I can upgrade now, but budgie-desktop will not start properly if I'll do so:
