Steps to reproduce:
start gdm or other using fprintd dbus service

Fix:
In "/usr/lib/systemd/system/fprintd.service" is directive "ReadWritePaths=/var/lib/fprint", but this dir is missing, just create it and fingerprint reader starts working.
